Dorothy Hatathley Keith was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and a proud great-grandmother. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on June 5, 2025.
Dorothy's Clan are as follows- she is a Kinlichiinii born for Ta'baahi. Her maternal grandfather clan is Bitahnii and her paternal grandfather is Ta chiinii.
Dorothy married her sweetheart Donald Keith when they were both teenagers. Over the course of 62 wonderful years, they built a strong and enduring marriage, filled with love, laughter, and treasured memories.
A faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Dorothy had a deep and unwavering testimony of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her faith was a guiding light in her life and an inspiration to those who knew her.
Dorothy is survived by her beloved husband, Donald Keith, and their Children: Troy (Sherry) of Montezuma Creek, UT, Terri (Michael) of Houston, TX, Claudia of Kayenta, AZ, Christopher (Clarissa) of Kayenta, AZ, Stephanie of Kayenta, AZ, Darren (Monika) of Windsor, CO, Donnie of Kayenta, AZ, and Shane (Carrie) of Phoenix, AZ; surviving sisters Ruby Jim, Betty Blackhorse and Marie Hatathley. She was the proud grandmother of 17 grandchildren and the joyful great-grandmother of 12 great grandchildren.
Dorothy is preceded in death by two of her children, as well as her late father, Bill Hatathley, her mother, Jessie Whitehorse Hatathley, and many siblings.
Her family and friends will forever cherish her memory, holding her in their hearts and treasuring the moments they shared with her.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, June 12, 2025 starting at 11:00 AM at the Blanding Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. A Viewing will be held prior from 9:30-10:30 AM.
