Duane Roberson, 58 of Valley View, Texas passed away at his home on July 18, 2025. He was born in Garland, Texas and was raised by Sandy Pierce Gilbert and Dewey Roberson. He married Rhonda Williams on June 24, 2000. Duane loved motorcycles, golf, live music, dancing, antique and sports cars and football (Dallas Cowboys).
Duane is survived by his wife, Rhonda Roberson; son, Michael Moore; daughter, Misty Moore; 8 grandchildren; mother, Sandy & Tommy Gilbert; father, Dewey Roberson & Prissy; brothers, Dale Roberson & wife, Sandra and Bobby Mann; sisters, Shannon & Brian Garrett, Whitney Gilbert, Donna & Britt Watson and Becky Burnett.
A Service will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Meador Funeral Home Chapel, 1204 E. California Street, Gainesville, Texas with Bro. Danny Shaver. Visitation will be held at 1:00pm prior to the service.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Gainesville, Texas.
