Margaret Rodriguez Longoria, born on January 26, 1937, was called to be with our lord on
June 9, 2025 at the age of 88. Margaret was a kind, loving, and generous mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother to all who called her Gigi. She had a zest for life, including trips to Las Vegas, Kickapoo, and Coushatta casino with her siblings and friends. Margaret enjoyed tending to her plants, talking on the phone, spoiling the house pets and most of all being with her family. She is most remembered as a lively and energetic person who guided her family with wisdom, advice (enjoy life and to be kind to one another), and humor throughout her life. Margaret will be greatly missed by all. Preceding her death was her loving husband, Augustine D. Longoria, of 30 years. Parents Tito and Virginia Rodriguez. Siblings Magdalena Czerkies, Virginia Casillas, Alfredo Rodriguez, and Tito Rodriguez Jr. She is survived by her six children, Linda (Tomas Hernandez), Augustine Longoria Jr., Loretta (Ignacio Zamarron), Lorraine (David Landeros), Jo Ann Longoria, and Cynthia (Leonard Anguiano). Margaret had 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Sisters Angie, Janie, Esther, Esperanza, Gloria, Diana and brother Johnny, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, all of whom loved her.
