Elizabeth was born on November 22, 1981, in Sisseton, SD, to Colette Marie Small (Amos) and Emery Leslie White Jr. Elizabeth lived at home with her parents until the age of 3. She then moved into a Children's Hospital/Assisted living facility in Sioux Falls, SD. She resided there and attended school until she graduated from 12th grade. She lived and worked in Sioux Falls until the age of 21. At 22 years old, Liz moved to Huron, SD where she was living and working currently for the last 22 years before being brought home to be with her family on her remaining days. She was employed at the Home Ed Building where she would do basic household chores like folding clothes, sorting and folding towels as well as other basic house chores, that was considered as her "work". She enjoyed it as well as just being out and about with her residents/friends. Elizabeth had a huge love for babies as well as baby animals and kitties especially. Elizabeth had the most love for her mother, as well as her brother Skye and little sister Alexis. She enjoyed facetiming her mother every day, as well as her sister every other day. Liz had some hobbies, one of them was that she loved to strum a guitar, she even had a blue one at the time of her passing that she loved. Liz also enjoyed watching baby shows, as well as anything that had baby kitties/animals to it. Elizabeth also loved to watch powwow videos or even listen to powwow music on her iPad. She would sometimes even get up to dance to the beat. Her love for oldies music was also there, she loved Redbone as well as CCR and Rod Stewart. In her younger days she would get up to even dance with her mom and brother. Elizabeth had many nephews and nieces that she loved and adored so much. Elizabeth was always so "happy" as she would say. She was definitely a one of a kind soul that was so genuine and kind when she wanted to be. A beautiful soul inside and out. She definitely touched lives while she was here and with whoever she came into contact with. Having countless good friends in Huron that were sweet souls just like her. Elizabeth Clara White, age 43, passed away on July 16th, 2025 at her mother's house in Big Coulee, SD, with her mother by her side.
