Elsa Bruno 67, Died May 14, 2025 at Rutland Regional Medical Center after a
lengthy illness.
She was born October 23, 1957 in Puerto Rico the daughter of Joaquin Pamias and
Teresa (Nieves) Ramos
Elsa was a graduate of Bridgeport High School, Bridgeport, CT class of 1975.
She enjoyed house cleaning, deep sea fishing and traveling.
Elsa married Louis "Butch" Bruno March 31, 2001 in West Rutland.
Survivors are her Mother Teresa Ramos, Husband Louis "Butch" Bruno, her son
Samuel Leon III, by her grandchildren, Brianna Leon, Amaiyah Leon and Jaylen
Leon, by her great granddaughter, Marli Mosley. She is also survived by her
siblings, Emilio Ramos, Juan Ramos, Sammy Ramos, Natie Ramos, Blanca
Ramos, and Evelyn Shelton, by her step children, Maureen Bruno, Jess Bruno, and
Raquel Colon and numerous, grand children, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her Father Joaquin Pamias and by her sister Lilly Ramos
and her brother Jose Nieves and her stepson Matthew Bruno.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
