Ema M. Martinez, beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2025, in Dallas, Texas, at the age of 68.
Born on January 26, 1957, in Durango, Mexico, Ema was the cherished daughter of Jose de Jesus Meraz and Mariana Rodriguez. She later made her home in Dallas, where she built a life filled with love and devotion alongside her husband, Eliseo Martinez.
Ema is survived by her loving husband and their three children, all of whom were the pride and joy of her life. She found deep happiness in the quiet time with her Lord and Savior as well as with family and friends. Her warmth, kindness, gentle spirit, and good example will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Jeter & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home, Sunday, July 20th at 12:00 p.m., followed by a graveside service and interment at Laurel Land Memorial Park.
Ema's legacy of love and family will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Ema M. Martínez, amada esposa, madre y amiga, falleció pacíficamente el 13 de julio de 2025 en Dallas, Texas, a la edad de 68 años.
Nacida el 26 de enero de 1957 en Durango, México, Ema fue la querida hija de José de Jesús Meraz y Mariana Rodríguez. Posteriormente, se estableció en Dallas, donde construyó una vida llena de amor y devoción junto a su esposo, Eliseo Martínez.
A Ema le sobreviven su amado esposo y sus tres hijos, quienes fueron el orgullo y la alegría de su vida. Encontró una profunda felicidad en los momentos de tranquilidad con su Señor y Salvador, así como con su familia y amigos. Su calidez, bondad, espíritu amable y buen ejemplo serán profundamente extrañados por todos quienes la conocieron.
El velorio se llevará a cabo el sábado 19 de julio de 2025, de 2:00 pm a 7:00 pm, en la Funeraria Jeter & Son. El servicio fúnebre se llevará a cabo en la funeraria el domingo 20 de julio a las 12:00 p. m., seguido de un servicio junto a la tumba y el entierro en el Parque Memorial Laurel Land.
El legado de amor y familia de Ema perdurará en los corazones de quienes la acompañaron.
