Eric Correia Obituary

Eric J. Correia 47 passed away on August 9, 2025. Born in Cranston, he was the son of Debra Correia and the late Walter Ring, and stepson of Peter Ring. Eric was also the fiancé of Brenda Harrington.

Eric was self-employed in the Construction Industry for many years. Eric loved listening to Bob Seger, and Metallica, his favorite song was "Against The Wind", he was a huge Colts fan. He was great at playing basketball, and he was very athletic.

Though he faced personal challenges in his younger years, Eric embraced the opportunity to reconnect with his children later in life, and those years became a cherished chapter for our family.

Besides his mother he is survived by his children Zachery Moone, Amber Palazzo, Eric Correia Jr., Brayden Correia, and Maddox Correia, he was the brother of Roxann Correia, and her husband Andrew Roderick, Dennis Correia, and Maurice Correia. Eric was the uncle of Raevin Brunette and her husband Mason, Dennis Correia, and great uncle of Adalya Brunette, and Archer Brunette.

His visitation will be held on Thursday August 21, 2025, from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick.
