Eugene S. Will passed away peacefully on July 21, 2025.

Born in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, Gene married the love of his life, the late Joanne Will (nee Ruoss) on November 18, 1949. Gene and Joanne had six children together: Gary L. Will, Jon M. Will, Elizabeth A. Thropp, Thomas E. Will, and the late Richard L. Will and David E. Will. Gene is survived as well by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Gene and Joanne prioritized family-always-in ways big and small.

Gene owned numerous businesses throughout his life, but the one for which he was best known was the Twin Kiss restaurant in Owings Mills, Maryland, which he opened in 1954 and operated for 37 years.

A long time Shriner, Gene was elected Captain of the Boumi Temple Drum Corps in 2001 and performed regularly with that group for decades in parades as near as Baltimore and Virginia Beach and as widespread as Denver, Las Vegas, Vancouver, Indianapolis, Boston, San Antonio, and New Orleans.

Gene contributed generously to the Reisterstown community and beyond through such means as leading a Boy Scout troop, sponsoring local rec teams, driving children to Philadelphia's Shriner hospital, and helping communities in Kentucky and Florida rebuild in the wake of floods and hurricanes. Later in life, Gene was an avid golfer, adept seafood chef, and developing lawn expert.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August, 9th from 10:00-11am and a memorial service to follow at 11am at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road Reisterstown, MD. Interment to be private.

In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Shriners Children's Hospital at lovetotherescue.org
