Eugene was born March 16, 1965, in Chillicothe, Ohio, the son of the late Eugene Glenn Schoolcraft Sr, Patricia Ann (Thompson) Schoolcraft, and Charlotte Christina (Barkley) Schoolcraft. On October 31, 2012, he was united in marriage to Valorie (Hampton) Schoolcraft, who survives.
He is also survived by a son, Sammy; three siblings, Sheila (Harley) Tewksbury, Brenda (Dan) Murray, and Eric "Nate" Tackett; nieces and nephews, Julie, Jason, Ben, Becky, Emily, Sam, Nathan, Kate, Casey and Phillip; his in laws, Sandy, and John McClurg, and Sam and Debbie Hampton; brothers-in-law, Russell Hampton, and Michael Nelson, and lifelong friends, Mitch and Rick Yokem.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Teresa Bitler.
Glenn worked as a meat cutter at Save-a-Lot in Waverly. He enjoyed gardening and being outdoors. He was a hard-working man that loved his family.
Visitation will not observed. Arrangements are under the care of Boyer Cremation Services.
