Jean graduated from Lunenburg High School in 1959. After graduation, she attended Union Memorial Hospital Nursing School in Baltimore, Maryland in which is where she married her devoted husband, Ralph Bullock. Ralph and Jean moved to Jersey City, New Jersey then relocated back to Kenbridge, Virginia.
Jean was employed at multiple local industry factories until she retired.
Jean was an ordained Deaconess, served as a Missionary, Choir member at Flat Rock Baptist Church in Kenbridge, Virginia.
After a long, fruitful time on earth, Jean departed this life amongst her family on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
Surviving to cherish her memory one son, Ralph Renardo Bullock (Carol),Vacaville,CA, three daughters, Bridgett Y. Bullock, Marquetta B. Jefferson (Harvey), of Kenbridge, Virginia, Trina M. Bridgeforth (Azail) Petersburg, Virginia, a devoted daughter-in-love, Pamblet S. Johnson, Richmond, Virginia, nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a devoted brother, Archbishop Virgil Taylor (India), Baltimore, Maryland, loving sister, Mozelle Parker (Fletcher) Chesapeake, Virginia, devoted cousins, Marion Cole (Atlanta, Georgia), Frances Gooch (Brooklyn, New York), a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
