Evelyn Fallon of Franklin Park, IL passed on Sunday, July 6, 2025 surrounded by loving family. Evelyn is survived by many including her husband, Donald Fallon; children, Teresa Fallon and Michael Hoffman; grandchildren, Aimee Renaci, Fallon (Shaun) Andrews, Michael Petrin, Nolan Hoffman and Brittani Bushman; great grandchildren, Greyson, Maddox, Everett Andrews and Kymber Bushman; along with many cherished nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents Alfred Omachinski and Lucille Fahrenkrug, brother Paul Omachinski and grandson, Graham Hoffman.
Visitation from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Salerno Galewood Chapel
Funeral Friday at 9:15 a.m. from Salerno Galewood Chapel, 1857 N. Harlem Avenue, Chicago, IL. to St. Celestine's Church, 3020 N. 76th Court, Elmwood Park, IL. Mass at 10:00am
