Evelyn Kellogg Obituary

Evelyn Louise Kellogg, 78, a resident of Dickinson, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on September 21, 1946, in Boonville, New York, to her proud and loving parents, Joseph and Loretta Bourgeois. Evelyn was one of five children and always had someone to share in her joy and fun.
She grew up and later married the love of her life, Charles Frederick Kellogg. Together, they were blessed with two cherished daughters. Evelyn was a devoted wife and mother, a successful businesswoman as the owner and operator of a cleaning service, and a woman of deep faith as a devout Catholic.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Charlie; two sisters and brother-in-law; Larry and Cynthia Zeigler and Sharon Schoff.
Evelyn leaves behind a legacy of love and treasured memories. She is survived by her daughters, Charlotte Ann Zeigler (Dwayne) and Charlene Kellogg Ashcraft; her brothers, Jerome Bourgeois (Mary) and Lawrence Bourgeois (Debbie); four grandchildren, Ashley Zeigler, Justin Zeigler (Abbie Crofoot), Alicia Grant (Corey), and Amber Felts (Benny); six great-grandchildren, Coltin and Ryleigh Stammers, Caden Felts, and Brock, Raycer, and Logan Grant; as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2025, followed by a Celebration of Life Ceremony in her honor at 6:00 p.m. at Crowder Funeral Home – Dickinson Location, 851 FM 517 Road West, Dickinson, TX 77539.
