Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 15, 2025 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with inurnment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery.
Born in Hong Kong on May 22, 1950, to the late David & Shau Leong, she emigrated to the U.S. in 1955, was raised in Springfield, MO, and most recently lived in Tucker, GA. Evelyne was a beloved educator known for always putting others before herself, was an avid foodie, and loved spending time in her garden
She is survived by her husband, Stephen Mousted; her son, Gregory (Tanya) Mousted; four brothers; one sister; three nephews; and one niece.
