Fairl Franklin Carter, age 90 of the Union Hill Community in Clay County, TN passed away Friday evening, June 20, 2025 at Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville, KY. Fairl is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Funeral Services for Fairl Franklin Carter will be conducted Monday afternoon, June 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Jimmy Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will begin on Monday morning from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.
Family requests memorials be made assist the family with funeral expenses. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.
She is preceded in death by: husband, Willard Carter; sons, Jeff Carter & Jackie Carter; parents, Bertie Clarence & Abbie (Smith) Franklin; grandson, Davon Carter; 6 siblings.
Survivors include: son, Mike Carter; grandchildren, Veronica Sampson & husband, Cliff all of the Union Hill Community, Dylan Carter of Sparta, Cody Carter of Cookeville, Dena Carter of the Union Hill Community; great-grandchildren, Jence & Jodi Sampson, Carson Caudill; sister, Shirley Bilbrey; brother, Joe Franklin & wife Cookie all of the Union Hill Community.
