Faye Patricia Robinson left this earth on August 1, 2025, at the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Arkansas, at the age of 94. Faye was born on May 20, 1931, in Chicago, Illinois to William Kevin and Anna Catherine Gaunt. She grew up in Seattle, Washington, where she spent happy hours swimming, water and snow skiing, and enjoying school friends. She graduated from Queen Anne High School in Seattle and then went with her adventurous parents to Alaska. There she met James Robinson, who would become her husband in 1951. As a military man, James, (Robbie), took his bride around the world. Faye loved the excitement of moving and seeing new places and people. She was curious about all people and was as comfortable haggling in a Turkish bazaar as mingling at a formal diner for the United Nations. In 1975, Faye and Robbie retired to Hindsville, Arkansas, where they owned The Silver Eagle Ranch, which later became Robinsonville. Truly a family compound; a rarity these days. Faye is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Col. James Merrell Robinson; her parents, William and Anna Gaunt; and her brother, William Patrick Gaunt. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, James Kevin Robinson, and wife Sarah, Jon Patrick Robinson, and significant other Nikki Lynn, and her daughter Anna Lee Danish, and husband Ted, and her grandchildren: Evan, Martha, and Rosemary, Alexis, Trent, Jessica Robinson Yoakley, husband Aidan, and Emily Robinson, Joshua Paul Danish, and wife Abby, and Amanda Faye Danish Wineland, and husband Luke. Faye was blessed with great grandchildren, Jackson Danish, and Bennett and Kennedy Robinson. At Faye's request there will be no service, no memorial, flowers, or donations. Just remember her, now and then, and smile. Cremation directed by Brashears Funeral Home.
