Flavia “Jean” Hallameyer, age 98, sadly passed away on June 26, 2025. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late William and Martha Scheihing. Jean is the beloved wife of the late Joseph Hallameyer; loving mother of Joe Hallameyer, Paul Hallameyer, Bill Hallameyer, Mary Jean Barnes (Gary), Joanne Hering (Doug), Barbara Slade (Gary), and the late Michael Hallameyer; cherished grandmother of Michael (Jocelyn), David (Susan), Matt (Caroline), Jeff (Rachel), Scott (Amanda), Jake (Victoria), and Morgan (Jason); caring great-grandmother of Anna, Izzy, John, Alexa, Allie, Cole, Tucker, Rowan, and the late Henry; dear sister of the late Mary Betty and the late Patricia.
Family and friends may gather at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Halethorpe, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Tuesday, July 1 from 4:00-6:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Agnes Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 2 at 10:00am. Interment will immediately follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
