Frances Elizabeth Burke Crowe, 71, of Cresaptown, MD passed away July 16, 2025 at UPMC Western Maryland surrounded by her family.

She was born November 14, 1953 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Betty Lou Scott.

She graduated from Andover High School with the class of 1972. She operated a daycare in her home and retired from Cintas.

Fran loved spending time with her family and especially her grand kids who knew her as Granny Franny. She enjoyed playing bingo and shopping at Sam's Club with her children.

She is survived by her three children, Chrissy Burke-Poland, husband Jason and their children Axel, Madison, and Peyton; Mike Crowe, wife Leann and their children Luke, Jesel, Holley; and Derek Crowe, wife Stacy and their children Saleena and Stella; siblings, Howard Scott and wife Kim, Harry Scott, Valerie Phillips, and Robin Showalter; her large extended family including nieces and nephews; and her beloved significant other, Rick Wright.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 20, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. 15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, MD. Immediately following will be a time for everyone to share memories about Frances, led by her children.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to be directed to the funeral home to defray funeral expenses.
