Frank Leroy Bale was born July 15, 1960, in Wahiawa, Hawaii. He passed away peacefully on July 8, 2025.
Frank was a special soul who brought joy and care to those around him. He helped care for his beloved mother and is now reunited in Heaven with his parents, David Bale and Tommie (Taggart) Bale and sister Roni Lewis.
He worked hard throughout his life in the retail industry and was known for his dedication and kind heart. He loved to fish and was a wonderful brother.
Frank is survived by his brother Terry Bale and brother Anthony Bale and his wife Sally Bale along with nieces and nephew and their families.
He will be remembered for his gentle spirit and the love he gave so freely.
