Frank B. Delosso, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 94. Born on May 9, 1931, in Brooklyn, New York. Frank’s life was marked by a commitment to both his family and his profession. Frank served in the Air Force during the Korean War, which let him to enjoy a long successful career as a quality control engineer in the aerospace industry in California. His meticulous nature and innovative spirit contributed significantly to the field.
Frank was known for his kind and caring personality, traits that endeared him to many throughout his life. He was a man who valued the bonds of family and demonstrated unwavering support and love for those around him. Frank enjoyed watching baseball and was the New York Yankees #1 most passionate fan. During his younger years, Frank was voted the best dressed of his senior class, bought a car in California prior to knowing how to drive, and rode in the front seat on the Cyclone in coney Island!
He is survived by his beloved wife, Nancy Delosso, and his children: daughter Jennifer, married to Michael Demilio, and son Frank, who is married to Caroline. Frank's legacy also lives on through his cherished grandchildren: Michael, Joseph, Frank, John, Stella, and Kate.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation at Mangano Family Funeral Home of Middle Island, located at 640 Middle Country Rd, Middle Island, NY 11953, on July 7, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. A Mass in Frank’s honor will be held at Saint Frances Cabrini RC Church, 134 Middle Country Rd., Coram, NY 11727, on July 8, 2025, at 9:30 AM.
Frank B. Delosso will be remembered for his contributions to both his family and his work, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and dedication.
