Gary Dean Dill, 55, went to be with the Lord on July 1, 2025, passing on from this life at his home in Boswell, Oklahoma, surrounded by his loving family.
Gary was born on April 7, 1970, in Andrews, Texas, the son of Gwen Dill and Edna (Baker) Dill. He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Clifton Baker and uncle, Grady Baker.
Gary grew up in Ringling, Oklahoma and moved to Boswell, Oklahoma in 1988. He married the love of his life, Misty (Moore) Dill on June 5, 1993, in Boswell and made their home together. Gary worked in machine maintenance for the last 20 years for Cardinal Glass in Durant, Oklahoma and made many life-long friends through his work.
Above all else, Gary was a man deep rooted in his faith and family. He dedicated his life to the Lord, his church and his loved ones. Gary pastored many years at The Church Of God in Boswell, and it was very important to him to share the Word of God with the people around him. His family was also the cornerstone of his life. Gary's children and grandchildren were the lights of his life, and he cherished every moment he was able to spend with them. Gary was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend to many and his loving memory will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Gary survived by his loving family; wife, Misty Dill; sons, Logan Dill of Boswell, OK, Benjamin Dill and wife, Maggie of Wright City, OK, and J.W. Dill of Boswell, OK; his parents, Gwen and Edna Dill; grandmother, Helen Baker; sister, Dana Scoggins of Antlers, OK; brother, Tony Kail of Everett, Washington and 5 grandchildren; along with a host of church family, friends and loved ones.
