Old Orchard Beach
George H. Aube, 73, of Old Orchard Beach, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday July 13th, 2025, surrounded by his closest Family and Friends.
George was born in Berlin, New Hampshire, the son of Albert Lorenzo Aube Sr and Bertha Laflamme.
A High School graduate and completing some college, George served in the Army from 1971 to 1974 before starting his Career in Dental Supplies and Service.
George started his Career at Smith Holden as a Service Technician. George left Smith Holden and went to work for Patterson Dental in the 80's. He worked for Patterson for over 30 years before retiring as the Northeast Regional Manager for Patterson Companies and building his dream home in Old Orchard Beach, right on the golf course.
George loved to golf, walk the beach with his wife Mary-Jane, go on scenic road trips with their dog Chance, help anyone he could and could always make you laugh. George and Mary-Jane got to travel to all different parts of the World creating some of the best memories. George was involved in his community and active in all of his Grandkids' sports, events, and performances.
George, aka "Grampy" was an exceptionally kind, funny, loving, family man that did everything for everyone. His grandchildren were his world. He did everything he could for them and never batted an eye. They looked up to him and the bond between Grampy and his Grandkids was truly one of a kind.
Remaining to cherish George's memory are Spouse, Mary-Jane Martelle-Aube; Son, Jonathan George Aube (39) and Grandchildren, Caleb Edward Aube (15), Chloe Marie Aube (14) and Carter Henry Aube (12), Sisters, Helen Patrick and Lorraine DeNeill as well his Nieces and Nephews.
Preceding George in death are Wife, Susan Marie Aube (Kszepka) and Brother, Albert L Aube Jr.
There will be a Celebration of George's Life at a later date.
