George Allen Rhodus, 61, passed away at his home on Richmond Ave., Nicholasville, Kentucky. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on July 7, 1963, to the late George Rhodus and Annie Carpenter Rhodus. George is survived by his sisters, Lynn (Dean) Scanlon, and Tina Collins; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members to mourn his passing. He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Annie; brother, John Wayne Rhodus, and sister, Anna Whittemore. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, June 10, at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Richmond Cemetery. Visitation will be held the evening prior, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, Monday, at the funeral home.
