Georgia Maxine Crouch West DeGeorge, age 98 departed her earthly life on May 25, 2025.
Georgia was born in Pickett County, TN on October 15, 1926.
Preceded in death by parents, Rosier and Artie Vincent Crouch; brothers, James Olen, Norman, Wendel and Bud Crouch; sisters Vivian and Jean; husband and father of her of children Kerby O. West; sons, Kerby D., Wayne R. and Roger O; daughter, Reba West Spicer; grandson, Christopher West, granddaughter, Elizabeth West Bracey and husband, Michael J. DeGeorge.
Survived by children Diana Caruthers, Virginia McKinney, Cathey (Mike) Barbree, daughters-in-laws Barbara, Sandy, M Leah; 24 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren and 10 great, great grandchildren.
Georgia was a homemaker. She loved to sew, making calendars, crocheting, cooking, canning and working in the garden, especially her flowers.
Visitation will be at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy 100 Nashville, TN on Friday, May 30th from 2pm until 3pm. A Private Family Service will follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to your favorite charity in Georgia’s honor.
