Funeral services will be held Friday July 11th, 2025 at 2pm at Landmark Baptist Church in Cushing. A visitation will be held one hour prior to services also at the church. Interment will follow the funeral service at McKnight Cemetery in Cushing.

Geraldine Fenton passed away July 5th, 2025 in Red Oak, Texas. She was born September 10th, 1929 in Edna, Texas to Wylie A. and Rosa Lee Westbrook Curry. She Grew up in Waxahachie before moving to Nacogdoches and eventually Cushing where she lived for 50 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands A.L. Ivy and Fred Fenton, son Coke Ivy, and daughter Peggy Yvonne Ivy.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law David and Janice Ivy of Kingswood, Texas, Larry and Robin Dial of San Saba, Texas, and Don and Dian Ivy of Lufkin, Texas; daughters and sons-in-law Cherry and Gene Channon of Red Oak, Texas and Kay and John Miller of San Antonio, Texas; she is also survived by a daughter-in-law Suzie Ivy of Bastrop, Texas, grandchildren Cathy, Michael, Gregg, Randy, Adam, Terra, Paul, Amber, and Jana; as well as numerous great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
