Ginger was raised in Cache, OK where she attended school and graduated in 1984. She was involved in basketball, track, 4H, and FHA. She was awarded many trips to various places through 4H. While growing up, her family owned and operated Eagle Park. Here, she spent her time running the Skating Rink, working concessions for the rodeos, and preparing for concerts. She had the best childhood growing up on an Amusement Park.
After graduation, Ginger went on to Oklahoma State University where she obtained her degree and graduated in 1988. She was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority, where she met many treasured friends.
She married Stephen Seibold on June 15, 1994 in Las Vegas, NV. They made Sterling their home and to this Union three children were born: Reece, Kyanne, and Rance. She cherished her family and always went above and beyond to take care of each one of them. Her favorite role had become "GiGi" to her four grandchildren.
She devoted her life to education. She taught Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) at Sterling Public Schools for 32 Years, then moved to a Culinary Arts Instructor at Great Plains technology Center for 4 years. She has many fond memories of students throughout the years and has truly touched the lives of everyone she taught.
Ginger was an avid baker, cook, and seamstress. Throughout the years, she has provided numerous cinnamon rolls and hot rolls to many different functions. She was always there to volunteer for any dinner or fundraisers. A true staple to the Sterling community.
