Glenna Sue Vinson, 91, of Petersburg, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Brickyard Healthcare.
Sue was born on November 22, 1933, to Vance and Mabel Taggart. She married Thomas W. Vinson, who preceded her in death. They were members of Main Street Presbyterian Church in Petersburg.
She worked as a school bus driver and EMT. She was a lifetime member of the Women of the Moose and had volunteered at Somebody's Place.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by children Tom R. Vinson, David W. (Doris) Vinson and Zoe Meinhart.
She is survived by daughter-in-law Karen Vinson; grandchildren Daniel J. Meinhart, Thomas (Annie) Vinson, Amanda (Joe) Roy, Jonathon Vinson, Brett (Sara) Vinson and Brandon (Leanne) Vinson, 16 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:30am on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at O.D. Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, Indiana, with burial following at Walnut Hills Cemetery officiated by Pastor Rob Henson. Visitation will be from 9:30am until service time at the funeral home.
