Grace Gerace Obituary

Grace Sturm Gerace, 90, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2025, in Round Rock, Texas. Born on December 23, 1934, in Telferner, Texas, Grace lived a full and vibrant life rooted in faith, family, and creativity.
Grace pursued higher education with dedication and earned multiple degrees from various institutions. Her commitment to learning was a hallmark of her character and served as an inspiration to those around her.
A devoted member of Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Grace was deeply involved in church life. She participated actively in numerous church activities and gatherings, finding joy and purpose in her faith community. Her presence at the church was a source of warmth and encouragement to many.
Grace had a deep love for nature and the outdoors. She found happiness traveling to new places, relaxing by the beach, and spending time camping under the stars. Her garden was a place of peace and productivity-she took great pride in growing fresh vegetables and sharing them with others.
An accomplished artist, Grace created many beautiful paintings that will continue to bring joy to her family for generations. Her artistic talent reflected her appreciation for beauty and her thoughtful spirit.
Family was at the heart of Grace's life. She is survived by her daughters Mary Stevenson and Barbara Gerace Robison; her son Paul Gerace; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who carry forward her legacy of love and kindness. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John Gerace Jr., sons John Gerace III and James Gerace, and daughter Christine Becker.
Grace cherished her large extended family and welcomed all guests into her home with open arms. Her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
A funeral service will be held at Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Cedar Park, Texas, on July 7, 2025.
