Obituary For Grant Willard Davis

Grant Davis, age 66, peacefully left his loving family much too soon on his 66th birthday. He was a generous, loving, goofy soul who had a great sense of humor and always put others first. Everyone enjoyed being in his presence, especially his many nieces and nephews that gravitated around him due to his funny and lovable nature. He was a wonderful brother, uncle, and friend that would give or do anything to make you happy or lessen a burden. Grant will be forever missed and remembered with loving thoughts and memories by the lives he touched.

Grant is preceded in death by his parents Willard and Anita Davis, siblings Sandra Schoefter, Constance Nordstrom, Thomas Davis, Cynthia (Mark) Hayes, Mark (Lisa) Davis. He is survived by his siblings Teri (John) Cantu, Hester (Pat) Whalen, Keith (Gloria) Davis, Beverly (Keith) Schwarz, Jeffrey (Trudy) Davis, Norma (Ron) Semak, Christina (Tom) Docherty and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.

A celebration of Grant's life will be held Sunday August 24 at 1 PM 237 S. Hibbard St. in Fowlerville.

Grant's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the medical staff and caregivers at U of M Hospital for providing such compassionate care.
