Harriett Von Feldt age 85, of Victoria, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at the Rooks County Health Center in Plainville, Kansas.
She was the daughter of Otto J. and Bertha Rosalene “Rosie” (Wynn) Von Lintel. She was born on February 24, 1940, in Kansas City, Missouri. She married Gerald J. “Jerry” Von Feldt on October 17, 1959, at Victoria, Kansas. He preceded her in death on January 24, 2023.
Harriett was a homemaker. She was a part owner of Wedding Connections for a number of years, and was owner of Ultimate Cakes by Harriett for over 30 years. She was a very talented artist and designer of cakes for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and others. She enjoyed sewing and quilting and made a quilt for all of her children and grandchildren.
She was a member of The Basilica of Saint Fidelis, and Saint Fidelis Christian Mothers. She grew up in Victoria, and was a 1958 graduate of Victoria High School.
Survivors include her children, Gerald Von Feldt Jr. and wife, Anita, Frisco, TX; Beverly Scheck and husband, Tim, Prosper, TX; Sherry Sanders and husband, Ivan, Hays, KS; Dale Von Feldt and wife, Judy, Olathe, KS; her grandchildren, Joseph Sanders and fiancé Kimber Thompson; Jacob Sanders (Jordyn); Jay Sanders (Sophia); Jarrett Sanders (Megan); Sarah Keckonen (Andrew); Kelsei Graham (Jason); Tyler Scheck (Natalie); Tara Lester (Brody);Kiel Von Feldt (Abi); Hunter Von Feldt (Dallas); Nicholas Von Feldt; Brianna Freeman; Bailey Von Feldt; her 29 great grandchildren; and her brother, Fran VonLintel, Silver Lake, KS.
Harriett is preceded in death by her parents, Otto J. and Rosie Von Lintel; her husband, Jerry; and three great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 2, 2025, at The Basilica of Saint Fidelis, 900 Cathedral Ave, Victoria, Kansas. The burial will be in Saint Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria, Kansas.
A vigil service and Christian Mothers rosary will be at 7:00 P.M. Friday, and a Class of 1958 rosary will be at 9:30 A.M. Saturday, both at The Basilica of Saint Fidelis. Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8:00 P.M. Friday, and from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. Saturday, all at The Basilica of Saint Fidelis, Victoria, Kansas.
