Harry David "Dave" Weiss, 74, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at his home. He was born on July 19, 1950, in Brooklyn, New York to the late Joseph Jacob and Pathacia Ann (Easterday) Weiss.
Dave honorably served his country in the United States Air Force, where he dedicated his career to working as a Budget Analyst. He began a journey marked by integrity, diligence, and commitment to excellence. Throughout his service, Dave played a vital role in managing and overseeing financial operations, ensuring the responsible allocation of resources to support missions at home and abroad. He retired in March 1993 after more than 20 years of distinguished service. His contributions to the Air Force left a lasting impact, and he remained deeply proud of his time in uniform.
He was known for a quiet strength, a kind heart, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life. Dave had a lifelong love of nature, history, and lighthouses-often finding peace in the beauty of the natural world and inspiration in the stories of the past. Family was at the center of everything he did. He cherished time spent with loved ones, whether it was a family gathering, a quiet conversation, or just being together in the same room. Extremely non-confrontational by nature, he had a gift for bringing calm to difficult situations and was always ready to support anyone in need without hesitation or judgment. He knew he was in trouble with Dori yelled out Harry David Weiss. Dave and Dori were the definition of unconditional Love.
