Hilda C. Keeton, 83, of Decaturville, TN, passed away Saturday, June 28th, at her home.

She was born October 12, 1941 in Gibson County, TN to the late Irby and Bearnice Law Coleman. After her high school graduation, Hilda attended and graduated from UT Knoxville earning a Bachelor's Degree. She worked for the UT Extension program as an agent for a while, married Mr. Hollis Keeton in 1965, then owned and operated a small retail business locally then a tax service business before doing her most important work, that of being a homemaker and raising her family. After retirement, she and Mr. Keeton traveled across the United States seeing many places they had only heard about. She was a longtime member of Decaturville First Baptist Church.

Hilda is survived by her husband of 60+ years, Hollis Keeton, of Decaturville; three sons, John (Amanda) Keeton, of Decaturville; Joel Keeton, of Decaturville; Shon (Elizabeth) Keeton, of Fairview;
a sister, Wanda Morris, of Ripley; two brothers, Irby (Janice) Coleman, of Fruitland; Ronald (Peggy) Coleman, of Fruitland.
She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren - Ryan, Audrey, Levi, Ethan, McKinley and Avery Keeton.

Her Funeral Service will be held at Decaturville First Baptist Church, Decaturville, TN, at 2 PM on Tuesday, July 1st, with Bro. Keith Cagle and Bro. Don Franks officiating. Burial will follow in Decaturville Cemetery.

Visitation is Monday 4 PM - 8 PM at Reed's Chapel - Decaturville and Tuesday 10 AM until service at Decaturville First Baptist Church.
