Holli Hilyard Obituary

Holli Dawn McMillian Hilyard, age 53 of Hugo, Oklahoma entered the gates of Heaven on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Paris Regional Medical Center in Paris, Texas. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on January 22, 1972, to Freda "Fay" McMillian and Kenneth McMillian.
Holli attended Hugo High School and graduated with the Class of 1990. She married James Hilyard on September 14, 2002 at Hugo Lake in cabin number 19. Holli worked for Curtis Vision Center for over 15 years. She was well known for her kindness and willingness to help anyone. Holli was committed to helping patients see their best and look their best. She was a true artist with flowers and for the past decade created beautiful arrangements for weddings, funerals, baby showers, and much more. Holli brought beauty and joy to countless occasions with her floral creations.
Holli loved spending time with her family and was especially proud to be promoted to grandma in March of this year. Nothing made her smile brighter than having her grand baby in her lap.
Holli was preceded in death by her mother, "Fay" McMillian, who welcomed her to her eternal home with open arms. She is survived by her husband, James Hilyard of Hugo, Oklahoma; her father, Kenneth McMillian of Hugo, Oklahoma; her sons, Dustin Freeman and wife Victoria of Moore, Oklahoma and Bryer Hilyard of Hugo, Oklahoma; her first grand baby, Justin Jack Freeman; sister, Jaime Hughes and husband Wyatt of Hot Springs, Arkansas; and a multitude of cousins, nieces, and loved ones.
Her legacy lives on in the vibrant blooms she created and the memories she helped shape in our hearts.
