Survivors include her parents, Jamie and Jessica Armstrong; sister, Adalida Weynand; brothers, Trace Armstrong and Tyne Armstrong; grandparents, Reesie and Stephanie Rihn, Gary and Kristie West, and Steve and Carrie Armstrong; great-grandmother, Janice Haby; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
Isla was preceded in death by her great-grandparents; Stephen Haby, Maurice Rihn, Sr. and Connie Rihn Balmos, Paul and Marie Armstrong, and Charles and Donna Sutton.
The family will hold a private committal service and interment.
Memorials may be made in Isla's memory to Cure SMA (https://www.curesma.org/).
