Jack Christian McDonald, age 31, passed away on June 14, 2025, in Denton, Texas. He was born in Odessa, Texas, on March 23, 1994.
Jack proudly served in the United States Air Force from 2014 to 2022. He graduated from Lewisville High School in 2012, where he was a member of the LHS drumline and theater program. From 2021 to 2025, Jack attended the University of North Texas.
He loved playing video games and had a remarkable gift for making people laugh. Jack was known for his big heart and generous spirit, always bringing joy to those around him.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Angela Rita Olsen, James Peter McDonald, and Rickie Dean Williams, and his cousin John "Jackie" McDonald.
Jack is survived by his mother Marisa and stepfather Jeremy Metcalfe; his father Cory Williams and stepmother Jaime; his siblings Kat McDonald-Wilson and Mason James Metcalfe; step-siblings Jeron and Jailynn Robinson; and his grandfather George Eric Olsen. He is also survived by cousins Keira and Sophia McDonald, and Evan Olsen, along with many loving aunts, uncles, and extended family.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on July 11, 2025, at The Potter's House, 6777 W. Kiest Blvd, Dallas, TX 75236.
