Jackie enjoyed old cars, fishing, and spending time with his family. Most of all he loved the Lord.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Johanna Flood Allen; sister, Tammy Allen; grandson, Jacob Allen.
Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Maxine Flood Allen of Resaca, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy and Kimberly Allen of Resaca, GA and Joshua and Angel Allen of Resaca, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul and Jenny Allen of Resaca, GA, Kenneth and Rebecca Allen of Chatsworth, and Jeff and Robin Allen of Chatsworth; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Bill Belew of Adairsville, GA; grandchildren, Kaliegh Evans, Seirra Allen, Katelynn Allen, Shelly Allen, and Hannah Allen; great-grandchildren, Zaila Evans, Emma Evans, Colten Allen, and Beverly Merritt; extended family also survives.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Jackie Vaughn Allen will be held on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Timms officiating. Interment will follow at Sardis Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, May 19, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mr. Jackie Vaughn Allen.
