Jacqueline Hamilton Obituary
Born March 18, 1958, in Bellaire, OH, the daughter of the late Dale and Betty Ramsay Armann.
Jackie was a 1976 graduate of River High School.
Jackie was a dedicated professional, having retired from the United Mine Workers of America District 6 and the Belmont County Common Pleas Court. Her work was characterized by diligence and a strong commitment to her community.
In her leisure time, Jackie found joy in thrifting, an activity that brought her immense satisfaction and a sense of adventure. She also took delight in playing the "machines.". Above all, Jackie treasured the moments spent with family and friends, whose company she held dear.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Hamilton on January 17, 2023; siblings Barbara Armann, Christine Mellott, and Jerry "Jug" Armann; nephew Robbie Palmer
Surviving her are her children, John Adam Hamilton II (David Mahlmeister), Jerry (Joey) Hamilton, and Addason (Ben) Young; step daughters Jonette Lowe and Janelle (Frank) Baker; grand children, Taylor and Jayden Lowe, Kylie Jo and Kaiden Baker, Briar, Gage, and Clay Hamilton, Gavin and Brynlee Young; siblings Wilma (Ron) Winkler, Terry Armann, and Tammy (Donnie) Shriver; many nieces and nephews; former son-in-law Jeff Lowe ;and two treasured friends Lynn Huffman and Paula Houston.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to Valley Hospice for their compassionate care during Jackie's last days, with special thanks to her nurse, Caroline, whose kindness and support were deeply appreciated.

Friends and family will be received at the Bauknecht Altmeyer Funeral Home 3900 Central Avenue Shadyside, OH, on Monday, July 28th, 2025 from 1:00 pm until the time of service at 6:00 pm.
