Jacqueline (Jackie) White, 77, of Geff, IL passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
Jackie was born June 9, 1948, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital to James W. And Mary Margaret (Merrick) Riddle. She married Dannie Allen White on August 22, 1970, at Mt. Vernon, IL. He preceded her in death on March 19, 2020.
Jackie had worked as a seamstress in the local area and was a homemaker. She was a lifetime member of the local VFW and American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing bingo every Friday, doing crossword puzzles and crocheting hats for local cancer patients in the local communities.
Jackie is survived by her, daughter Kathy (Gordon) Cooper, Albion, IL. sons Keith (Casey) White of Geff, IL and Robert Riddle of Fairfield, IL, her stepson Dannie R. (Carrie) White of Fairfield, IL; a sister LaDonna Burner of Fairfield, IL, brothers John Riddle of Fairfield, IL, and Jesse Riddle of Enterprise, IL; ten grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren and two on the way; several nieces and nephews also survive; special friends Della Jo Calvert and Carolyn Dozier.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, daughter Amy Kocher, grandson Joey Riddle and two sisters.
Visitation: Will be held Friday, June 20, 2025, from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Hosselton-Meridith Funeral Home in Cisne, IL.
Funeral services: Will be June 20, 2025, at 1:00pm at the funeral home.
Burial: Will follow in Brown Cemetery near Mt. Erie, IL.
Memorials may be given to the local American Legion Auxiliary and will be accepted at the funeral home.
