Jaden Elizabeth Reece, 24, of Casper, Wyoming passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025.

Jaden was born Monday, June 4th, 2001 in Casper, Wyoming to Paula and Brad Reece. She attended school in Casper and graduated from Natrona County High School in 2019. Jaden played baseball and softball during these years, from the ages 7-19. She attended the University of Wyoming where she graduated with her Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering graduating with honors. Jaden recently had been accepted for the Master's program in Chemical Engineering at UW, something she was so proud and excited to accomplish. She had a strong desire to use her education and skills to have a future working in pharmaceutical medical research.

If you had the privilege to know Jaden you know that she was short in stature but made up for her size in personality. Jaden cared deeply about every person in her life and always knew how to make each person feel valued and loved, never judging and always accepting. You'd very rarely see the girl without a face wide smile no matter what she had going on, but her jokes and dance moves were what could really light up the room. Jaden was always up for a challenge, especially a good math equation, but she wanted to try and experience everything life had to offer. She found a love for kayaking, something she often did with her dad as well as attending Rockies baseball games. Jaden and her mom cherished their time together by traveling, seeing the latest movies, and attending concerts. She loved to put her engineering mind into building extravagant LEGO sets and playing video games with her brother and friends. Her sister was one of her role models, allowing them to both work together in the pathology field and "nerd-out" over science. Jaden also kept busy with her fur-babies, Fitch and Miso, the cats that she jokingly claimed she birthed herself. Her first pet though, was her tarantula, Sherona that is now 16 years old. There wasn't an animal she wouldn't pet or cuddle, including her dad's Great Dane, Egor, that she somehow always found a way to get him to crawl up on the couch and cuddle her. Jaden volunteered at multiple places in Laramie and Casper which speaks volumes to the selfless and generous soul she was. She truly is irreplaceable and not enough words exist to explain how missed she will be by her family and friends.

Jaden is survived by her parents, Paula Reece (Tim) and Brad Reece (Carrie); siblings, Erica Mountain (Rocky), Derek Wyatt (Amanda); step-siblings, Jackson, Aiden, and Nick Schroeder; grandmother, Wanda Reece; nephews, Keagan and Tobias; aunts, Cristina Frisby (Lauren Kenna) and Shaily Rivera (Jason); cousins, Elyse and Jace; step-grandparents, Pat and Gary Hrnicek; and multiple other family and amazing lifelong friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Loretta and Harold Frisby and Curtis Reece.

The Funeral Liturgy will be held at the Ruthe James Williams Memorial Conference Center, on the Wyoming State Fairgrounds, 400 West Center Street, Douglas, Wyoming at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 10th, 2025 with Father Rob Spaulding as the Celebrant. Interment will be in the Douglas Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the choice of the donor would be appreciated by the family.
