Mr. James Charles (Charlie) Copeland, age 75, of Celina, TN, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Upton-Hay Funeral Home with Tim Andreanopoulos and Ricky Melton officiating and interment to follow in the Copeland Family Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, June 10, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday, June 11, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until time for the service.
He was born on Monday, August 29, 1949 to the late Jessie and Rose (Goolsby) Copeland. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his grandson, John Copeland; brothers, William Arthur Copeland, and Bobby Louis Copeland; and sister, Hazel Copeland Willis.
He is survived by his lifelong companion, Vickie Keen; son, Randy Copeland and wife Charlotte; grandson, Matt Copeland and wife Ashley, great grandchildren, Baylor Walden, Mason and Turner Copeland; granddaughter; Olivia Clements and husband Jake; great grandchildren, Stella and Ora Clements; son, James Louis Raines and wife Michelle; grandchildren, McKinley Raines, Haley and Jesse Adams; great granddaughter, Ameila (Mimi) Allen; daughter, Tara Scott and husband Dewayne; grandchildren, Allen and Adam Scott; brother, Jessie Lee Copeland; sister, Anna Rose Cherry; as well as a host of friends and neighbors that will mourn his passing.
