Jason Aaron Harrison, 87 of Star City, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2025 at The Woods in Monticello, AR. Jason was born May 8, 1938 in Star City to the late Charles B. and Ella Mae Chinn Harrison. He retired from the Arkansas State Highway Department and was a member of the Star City United Pentecostal Church. Jason loved coon hunting and being outdoors.
Besides his parents, Jason is preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters.
Survivors include four sons, Bobby Harrison of Star City, Jacky (Mary) Harrison of Splendora, TX, Danny (Tina) Harrison of Monticello, and Glen (Diana) Harrison of Landcaster, OH; two daughters, Sandra (Rick) Hutchins of Benton and Karen Bowen of Atascocita, TX; 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 16, 2025 at the Star City United Pentecostal Church from 12:00-1:00PM. Funeral services will follow at 1:00PM with Bro. David Poe officiating. Burial at Holly Springs Cemetery in Star City.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made out to the Star City United Pentecostal Church; 409 S Lincoln Ave, Star City, AR 71667.
