Jason Skelton Obituary

Jason was born to Daniel and Cathy Skelton on July 27, 1978. He was a kind soul with a great sense of humor. Jason spent his time enjoying movies and video games. He had a fondness for nature and wildlife. Jason dreamed of one day becoming a marine biologist and loved his family very much.
A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, July 19, 2025 at the Friendship Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. in Haleyville, Alabama.
Jason is survived by his mother, Cathy Skelton; sisters, Annette Burleson (Michael Bougus), April (Ilya) Sedun; brother, Marc Skelton; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Skelton; brother, Eric Skelton; and grandparents, Athel and Nina Godsey.
