Jeannette Frances Harper, passed away Monday, June 30, 2025 at Charlestown Place in New Albany, Indiana. She was born July 17, 1931 in New Salisbury, IN the daughter Jerome Lee and Cora Cathryn Hendricks Montgomery. She was administrative assistant for Traveler's Insurance in Louisville, KY, was a member of Old Capitol Chapter #467, Order of the Eastern Star and Corydon Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dwight Harper and her brother Jerry Montgomery. She is survived by several nieces and great nieces and nephews and three special friends, Janis Nold, Betty Purucker and Carl Bussabarger. Funeral services will be held at 12 PM Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon, IN. Pastor Lanny Lawler will officiate. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 AM until the service at 12 PM.
