Jeannine was the beloved daughter of Henry E. and Claire T. (Berube) Dery, who nurtured her with kindness and instilled in her the values of hard work and compassion.
She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Kevin A. Clohesy and her loving parents, who shaped her into the remarkable woman she became.
A proud graduate of St. Louis-de-France Academy Jeannine pursued higher education at Middlesex Community College, where she earned a degree in Business Administration in 1975. She applied her knowledge and skills throughout her career, working in medical billing and recently retiring as a bookkeeper for a real estate office. Her dedication to her work was evident and she was respected by her colleagues and clients alike.
Jeannine was a devoted mother to her son, Justin and a cherished mother-in-law to Treschya. She adored her two grandchildren, Hudson and Gemma, who brought immense joy and pride to her life. Jeannine is also survived by her five loving brothers and sisters-in-law; Maurice and Donna Dery, David Dery, Richard and Lisa Dery, Robert Dery and Roger Dery; as well as her five nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Travis, Christine, Stephen and Melissa, all of whom brought her happiness and fulfillment.
Her passions extended beyond her family; Jeannine found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved to read crime and mystery novels. Crosswords, jigsaw puzzles and other brain teasers were her favorite pastimes, offering her both challenge and delight.
Jeannine’s warmth, kindness and infectious smile touched the lives of everyone she met. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her family, friends and all who were fortunate enough to know her. She had a unique ability to make everyone feel special and loved, a legacy that will endure through the generations.
