Jeffery Anderson Obituary

Jeffery Charles Anderson, 53, of Pounding Mill, VA, passed away on July 26, 2025 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital after a battle with illness. Born on August 20, 1971, in Richlands, VA, Jeffery was the beloved son of Danny Harold Anderson and Kathy Ellen Tolliver Anderson of Pounding Mill, VA. In addition to his parents, Jeffery is survived by his cherished son, Jeffery Todd "JT" Anderson and wife, Mckenzy Anderson of Pounding Mill, VA; his brother, Danny Harold Anderson II and wife, Kathy Anderson of Pounding Mill, VA; and his sister, Kristy Anderson Northern and husband, Doug Northern of Swords Creek, VA. He is also lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom held a special place in his heart. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Drexel and Mexie Anderson, and his maternal grandparents, Charlie and Lora Tolliver. Jeffery will be remembered as a devoted father, a loving son and brother, and a loyal friend. He had a deep passion for the outdoors and found great joy in fishing, playing bluegrass and country music, and whittling wood.
