Jeff is lovingly remembered by his devoted family: his mother, Adella Panaligan Leo; his father, Edmund Kilawilla Leo; his sister, Jennifer Leo; his nephew, Ryan Benjamin Rousseau ; and his fiancée, Krista Collins, who together with their beloved yellow Labrador, JJ, shared countless memorable escapades. Throughout his life, Jeff served his community with dedication as a Fire and Life Safety Director. His commitment to ensuring the well-being of others was not just a job but a calling, one that he pursued with the same fervor he applied to every aspect of his life.
