Mr. Neal is survived by his mother, Marcene C. Neal of Lancaster; his brother, Chris Neal of Lancaster; his nieces, Jenna Humphries (Jonathan) and Janie Grace Neal (Sam); a nephew, Jantson Neal (Erica); great-nephews, Chance, Fletcher, and Chase; and a great-neice, Josie Kate. He was preceded in death by his father, E. Franklin Neal as well as several other family members that he loved.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to Lancaster Funeral Home for Jeffrey Neal. Any remaining funds will be sent to MUSC-Health Chester Nursing Center to thank them for the care that they have provided to Jeff.
Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Neal.

Jeff, affectionately known to many as Paw Paw, was a beloved presence at Grinders, always ready to lend a hand and with a true gift for making everyone feel welcome and valued. We're inviting friends and family to join us for a celebration of his life on Monday, August 4th, from 5 PM to 8 PM at Grinders. Grinders will be open with a limited appetizer menu, and all profits from the evening, along with any additional donations, will be given to Shriners Children's Hospital. Your presence and support would be deeply appreciated as we remember a truly special person. We extend our sincerest condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time.
