Naples – Jeffrey H. Rhea, 55, passed away on Tuesday morning, July 1, 2025, at his home with his family by his side. He was the husband of Marlaina M. (Shirghio) Rhea.
Jeffrey was born November 4, 1969, in DeKalb, IL, son of Richard S., Jr and Sharon E. (Challand) Rhea of Sandwich, IL. Jeffrey grew up in Sandwich, Illinois, where he attended local schools. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from Florida Southern College where he was also a proud member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. His SAE brothers were like family to him, and he cherished the lifelong bonds they shared.
A dedicated member of his community, Jeffrey coached Little League for North Naples, sharing his love of sports and mentorship with local youth.
He was the owner and operator of Fashion Fresh Dry Cleaners and an active member of the MC12 Dry Cleaning Group, where he built lasting professional relationships and contributed to the growth of the industry.
Outside of his career, Jeffrey was an avid hunter and fisherman who found joy in the outdoors. Most of all, he cherished spending time with his family and made countless treasured memories with the
In addition to his wife and parents, Jeffrey is survived by his son, Patrick J. Rhea and his wife, Caylee of Naples and his daughter, Aubrey N. Rhea of Naples; his grandson, Mason; his sister, Kelly J. Anthenat and her husband Jeffrey of Peoria, IL; his in-laws, Nick and Paula Shirghio of Naples; his brother-in-law, Nick Shirghio, III and his wife Noemi of Naples and his niece, Mackenzie and nephews, Luke and Nicholas.
