Jerold Harley Clark was taken to his heavenly home on March 9, 2025. He was born in Maud, OK on March 28, 1937, to Walter and Eva Clark. Jerold attended NW Texas State University where he played basketball. Jerold met Barbara Jeter and were soon married on June 6, 1958. Jerold and Barbara had two sons. Jerold Kent Clark and Kevin Scott Clark. Jerold was a police officer in Pampa, Texas before becoming an insurance adjustor which he would do until his retirement.
Jerold was a big football and baseball fan. He loved being around family and friends. He also enjoyed traveling with Barbara and friends.
Jerold is survived by his sons Jerold K Clark and wife Sarah of OKC, OK and Kevin Clark and wife Ginny of Lovelock, NV. Jerold had two granddaughters, Stefanie Clark DiPietro and husband Mike of Melrose, MA and Kristen Clark Buzzard and husband Jon of Luther, OK. Two great grandsons with one on the way and one great granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Eva Clark; sister Theda Clark Wallin; and great granddaughter Natalie Buzzard.
Barbara Jeter Clark
1937 – 2025
Barbara Jeter Clark was returned to the Lord on March 7, 2025. She was born in Guthrie, Oklahoma on October 22, 1937, to Joe Dee Jeter and Clara Kellogg Jeter. Barbara attended Central State College for three years. She met Jerold Harley Clark in Pampa, Texas. They were united in marriage on June 6, 1958. Barbara and Jerold had two sons, Jerold Kent Clark and Kevin Scott Clark. Barbara was a stay-at-home mom before becoming a preschool teacher.
Barbara enjoyed teaching, traveling, and being with friends and family. She loved watching sports and gardening.
Barbara is survived by sons Jerold K Clark and wife Sarah of OKC, OK and Kevin Clark and wife Ginny of Lovelock, NV; granddaughters Stefanie Clark DiPietro and husband Mike of Melrose, MA and Kristen Clark Buzzard and husband Jon of Luther, OK. Two great grandsons with one on the way and one great granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joe and Clara Jeter; brother Joe Dennis Jeter; and great granddaughter Natalie Buzzard.
