Jerry Vowell Obituary

Jerry Vance Vowell, aged 62, of Bells, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025. Born August 19, 1962, in Humboldt, Tennessee, Jerry lived a life full of love, hard work, and dedication to his family. He found joy in the simple things in life and was known for his warm-heartedness and generous spirit.
Jerry dedicated many years to self-employment as a logger, a profession he took great pride in. His hard work was only surpassed by his love for his family. He was a devoted husband to his wife Beth for 41 years, and a loving father to his sons Joshua Vowell (Mercedes), Jeremy Vowell, and Adam Vowell. He found immense joy in being a grandfather to Bella James and Elias Vowell. Jerry's love for his family was evident and his legacy will continue to live on through them. He is also survived by his brother, Steve Vowell (Gail). He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry Vowell and Jeanette Norris.
In keeping with Jerry's wishes, no services are planned at this time, and cremation services are under the direction of Ronk Funeral Home. Although we are saddened by his passing, we find solace in knowing that he lived a fulfilling life surrounded by those he loved. His memory will be cherished by everyone who knew him.
