Jill Roach Obituary
Jill Lynell Roach, a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, & friend, passed away on April 16th, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love & devotion. Her life was a testament to the power of kindness, and her generosity touched everyone around her.
Jill worked tirelessly to provide for and care for those she loved. She took up the mantle of being her father's primary caretaker after the loss of her sister Becky, but she also made time to deliver meals to other members of her family, gifted clothes & essentials for her grandchildren, & made sure no one went without. Jill's first thought was always for others-whether it was volunteering her excellent cooking & baking skills for church functions or buying treats and toys for all the little ones in her life.
Jill has worn many hats in her life- from being a deli & bakery manager, an elementary school lunch lady, & even graduating college as a certified pharmacy technician. Ultimately, she made the heartfelt decision to leave her job in order to care for the health needs of her grandson, her father, & her partner- demonstrating the depth of her love and commitment. Jill was also a funny person & her laughter would fill the room with warmth and joy. She had an extraordinary knack for bringing people together & planned celebrations for every holiday and birthday. On countless occasions, she would call loved ones over for a meal- not for a special occasion- but simply to share her warmth and joy of being in good company. Jill nurtured everyone in her life, creating a lasting legacy of love and happy memories.
Jill's family extends their deepest gratitude to all who supported and loved her. Her thoughtfulness, humor, and love will forever be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Jill is survived by her partner, Rhody; her son David (Nikki); her grandchildren, Four & Gracie; her father, Leo Roach, and her siblings J.L. Roach (Kim), Timothy Roach, Twila Roach, and Chasity Roach; her nieces, Rebecca Roach (Dan), Bailey Roach, & Lexi Roach-Tudor(Christopher) and nephews, Spencer Roach, Brother Mack (Peytton), Gadriel Roach, & Gabriel Roach; as well as grandnephew Elliott Tudor & grandniece, Maisyn Mack.
